We believe in the quality of our offerings, and if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, just reach out to us with your feedback, and we’ll handle your refund swiftly.

Guarantee Duration:

This guarantee is available for 30 days following your purchase date and is applicable solely to first-time buyers of our supplement and nutrition products. Please note that bulk purchases of supplements, apparel, and food items are not eligible for this guarantee, although they may still be returnable under our standard return policy.

For items bought from third-party retailers, please follow their specific return guidelines.

Refunds for Multiple Units:

If you purchase several units of a product and find them unsatisfactory, we will refund the cost of one opened unit. Any unopened units must be returned to Neulab before a refund can be processed.

Multiple Orders:

To safeguard against fraud, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies exclusively to first-time purchases and is valid for a period of 30 days. For orders with multiple units of the same product, refunds will be issued for only the first opened unit, while any unopened units can be returned.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.

We strive to ship all orders received before 14:00 on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

Please be aware that shipping may take longer during holiday periods. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays; thus, orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be sent out on Monday.

Returns Process & Validity:

Return Window:

Customers have a 30-day window from the purchase date to initiate returns.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition for returns to be accepted. Used or opened products cannot be returned unless they qualify under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

For products purchased from third-party vendors, please adhere to their return guidelines.

How to Return Items:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@neulab.co.za with the following details:

• Order Number (e.g., Order #88028)
• Your Name (e.g., John Smith)
• Indicate whether you prefer an exchange or a refund, along with your reason.

Returned items should be in their original packaging and condition. For exchanges, please specify any new products, you wish to receive in exchange.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, we will cover the shipping costs for items exchanged.

Neulab is not liable for lost or stolen return shipments. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method used during your purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Please be advised that all sales of clearance, and special order items are final. Neulab does not accept returns or exchanges for these products. Refer to our policy on refunds for multiple units for further details.

 

Refund Processing Time:

The time it takes to receive your refund may vary based on the following:

1. 1 to 10 business days for us to receive your returned shipment.
2. 1 to 2 business days for us to process your refund.
3. 3 to 5 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund process.
